Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping across the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Extended Delivery Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. STEVE’S HOME SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Holidays or peak seasons

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
